This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our services and digital products. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.


1. General Policy

  • All purchases made from Solvemade are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
  • By placing an order or confirming a project, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Service-Based Projects (Website, Design & Development)

a) Website Development / UI-UX / Graphic Design Projects

  • Once a project has started, no refund will be issued for any amount paid.
  • Project work begins immediately after payment confirmation and requirement discussion.
  • If a client chooses to cancel the project after work has started, the amount paid will be considered as compensation for time, resources, and work already completed.

b) Partial Work / Milestone-Based Payments

  • For milestone-based projects, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Any pending or unstarted milestone will not be charged.

3. Custom WordPress Plugin / Theme Development

  • Payments made for custom plugin or theme development are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once development has started, cancellation is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  • Any changes or additional features requested after project confirmation may be charged separately.

4. Digital Products (Plugins & Themes for Sale)

  • All Solvemade plugins and themes are digital products delivered electronically.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges are provided once the product is delivered or downloaded.
  • We strongly recommend reviewing product details and compatibility before purchasing.

5. Subscription, Maintenance & Support Services

  • Maintenance or support plans can be cancelled anytime, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period.
  • Services will remain active until the end of the paid period.

6. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A technical issue from our side prevents the product from functioning as described
  • The issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time

Refund approval is solely at the discretion of Solvemade.


7. Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Cancellation requests after work commencement will not be eligible for refunds.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services or revoke access to products in case of chargebacks or disputes.

9. Changes to This Policy

Solvemade reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be updated on this page with the revised date.
