At Solvemade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying.

Digital Products (Plugins, Themes & Scripts)

Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or a license key has been issued. However, we will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • The product does not work as described on the product page and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of your report.
  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
  • You purchased the wrong product and have not downloaded or used it — contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Custom Development & Design Services

For custom website development or graphic design projects:

  • A refund is available before any work has started.
  • Once work has commenced, refunds will be considered on a pro-rata basis depending on the stage of completion.
  • No refund is issued once the final deliverable has been handed over and approved.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@solvemade.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
