By accessing or purchasing from Solvemade ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Products & Licenses
All digital products sold on Solvemade (plugins, themes, scripts) are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on a single website, unless otherwise stated.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products without explicit written permission.
- You may not remove copyright notices or branding from our products.
- Each license key is valid for one installation only (Regular License).
2. Support & Updates
Each product includes a support period as stated on its product page, covering bug fixes and installation assistance. Support does not include custom modifications. After the support period, you may continue using the product but are not entitled to updates or support.
3. Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Cashfree. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including code, designs, graphics, and text — is the property of Solvemade and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Solvemade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
